Artificial intelligence (AI) and sensor technology help the Federal Logistics and Mobility Office (BALM) and the police

The BREUER technology delivers key facts when it comes to addressing the violation of regula-tions and contributes to the users’ experience. Depending on the situation, the system can immediately identify the dimensions of a vehicle, classify it, identify the number plate and any dangerous goods as well as the condition of the tires, brakes, and axles. TRUCON offers DSRC communication with the smart tachograph or toll OBUs, IR camera sensors, and thermography measurements. It records data and transfers it to the KoDA® software system. The BREUER AI algorithms process the data from the sensors and the images in real time in accordance with data protection regulations, analyze them and transfer them into a user-friendly layout. The users’ interface is adjusted to the customers’ needs to enable quick, simple use during service. The KoDA® application can also be used on mobile devices outside the service vehicle.
